I needed a rental car. I called Budget Rent a Car from a phone number I located on Google. I called phone number 866-953-2781. I arranged for the rental car. I was to pick up at 1802 in Superior in Cleveland OH or have it delivered. I said to deliver it. I could get a discount if I went to Walgreens and get a Go Bank Visa Card for $300. He needed the entire security deposit. I got the card. I called and read the information off the bank of the card. The car was not delivered at 10:00 this morning. I tried to call the representative Peter Lee at 888-609-1038. It went to voice mail like it was disconnected. This is a scam. I never called Budget. I also filed a police report. I called the Budget on 1802 Superior. They don't deliver cars. That's when I knew it was a scam. I lost $300.
