I paid this business: $650.00
Issue: This business told me that the amount of $650.00 was going to the total amount that I would pay towards my moving expenses. They were supposed to pay Streamline Moving and Storage the $650.00. Streamline was responsible for the movers and were the ones that presented me with the bill in the end. Streamline, when they arrived at my home to deliver my belongings told me that Budget Moving and Relocation had not paid them the $650.00 and that I would have to pay the $650.00 that same exact day my things were being delivered or else I would not be able to have my property back. So, I had to pay an additional $650.00 to the movers because Budget Moving and Relocation did not pay them the $650.00 that they were supposed to. I've paid the $650.00 twice. I was only supposed to pay it once and that was supposed to be given to the movers, Streamline. Instead it was kept by Budget. Budget Moving and Relocation owe me my $650.00 that they did not give to the movers. I have called Budget Moving and Relocation several times to discuss the issue and they will either hang up or blame Streamline. I've spoken with Streamline. They have walked me through my bill and have pointed out where the $650.00 that Budget owed them was supposed to go towards the payment. I would continue to call Budget Moving and Relocation back and they will not answer my calls any longer. I would like to be refunded the $650.00 that they were supposed to pay the movers with, but instead kept it for themselves.
