Facebook advertisement for Original Bogg bags on sale; however, the merchandise received is fake, from china, much smaller than actual name brand Bogg Bagg and made of flimsy plastic material not the sturdy rubber material. Has the word “Bagg” on the product instead of “Bogg.”

Seller will not give contact info to reach by phone and only replies by email.

Seller continues to deny a refund for counterfeit products, insist that buyer pays to return the product to China, which will then be inspected and the cost of any damages subtracted from the refund amount plus 5% service fee deduction for restocking.

The website sells counterfeit products. They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee but make it impossible to submit a claim, or return. Products ideas are stolen from Etsy and counterfeited in extremely cheap quality.
