Person on phone said they were from Buick dealer services - the factory warranty division. They were giving me a final courtesy call (for the 100th time) that my warranty was about to expire. Keep in mind I own a buick, but not a 2010 buick century.

I spoke with Emery. Emery hung up on me when i asked whwre they were located. I have been hung up on multiple times whe. I ask questions about their company.
