They make custom bobble heads. They take your money and start the manufacturing process for your approval. You exchange emails with them. After a few weeks the communication just stops. They have no phone number or address... only the website and email. They do not deliver any product. After this happened I read it has happened to others. It seems the company uses several names. I purchased with PayPal so I received all my money back. Lucky.
