Built for This charged $2,262.13 on March 2 2024 for personal training sessions for my girlfriend. The sessions were never provided and we asked for full a refund weeks ago and a refund was not given. I sent my wife to collect the full refund 2 days ago. The owner Natalie conveyed to my wife that she would provide the full refund. Natalie did not follow through with the refund.

She only refunded $1000. Not the full amount. Built for This still has not followed through on the refund.

We have reached out to Natalie numerous times. She does not respond. This is a terrible way to run a business and we highly recommend that others do not seek her services.
