I received the product, minus the chip. This was the Smart Light Sound Machine. Since I didn’t receive the chip the product would even come on. It was miss represented and quality was poor so I requested a refund when I send the product bad. I sent an email to Support@buletboard starting my intentions. I received email back asking for picture, which I sent to them. I received an email back stating they could refund $4.00 for the item. I said no and received another email saying they could refund $7.00! I told them no and received another email saying all their employees were out on vacation and could process anything for 5 to 6 weeks when their employees returned. I know of no company letting all their employees to take vacations at the same time. I can’t find a phone number at all.
