So, Christmas came & went with no delivery of my 11/20/2024 order

Hello,

I placed my order # ***** on November 20th. It said it would arrive before Christmas, it has not. I was provided tracking that this shipped from Italy. Cleared customs on December 10th.

I have communicated with you that it is not here & got "THANKS FOR WAITING"

I was advised my tracking was Wrong, provided new tracking that shipped from China.

I have communicated with you that if I can't give it as a gift for Christmas, I want a refund, I was told, "we can't issue a refund. Please kindly wait for its delivery."

So my only option Christmas will be to post this as your review

I purchased beauty products. Was unhappy with quality and per their company's website they have a refund or return policy. When I contacted them to initiate the return, they said I couldn't return it because it was shipped from China and too expensive to ship back. Then they offered me a few dollars to keep the item. I explained their policy said I can return it for a refund. Even after I explained what their website said about policy on refunds, they continue to tell me they won't refund me or allow me to return it. I looked into their company further on Facebook and lots of complaints about fraudulent activities, scamming activities, etc. The only way to contact this company is the one email address.
