I ordered a pair of pants and I need to exchange them for a different size. The website said to contact the support email address for details on how to return. They emailed me back and offered me $2 and then when I told them I want to return in exchange for a different size. They offered me $5. I let them know that I still need to return them in exchange for a different pair and they stopped responding to me!
