I ordered bulk sunglasses off the website last Thursday 4/11/24. I did not receive an email confirmation or order # to confirm my order however my payment was processed. I attempted to contact the company via their website chat and email. I received a response via email that they needed my SSN to ship the product and would not reimburse me for my purchase. I refused to provide my SSN and demanded reimbursement for a product I did not receive. They refused to provide my reimbursement. I am contacting my bank and reported fraund on Face Book page as well.
