I sent additional emails asking for an update on 12/18. 12/19, 12/20, 12/26 and 12/29 and received no replies. In addition, their website would not process the contact us form and I've never received my order and now the website is unavailable completely.
I have also contacted Bank of America to pursue the transaction as fraud. Today, I am still out $142.
