We went on a website "bulksbooks.com" and ordered a lawn mower. Secured payment through Affirm. Printed order confirmation, however, never received an e-mail about shipment. When trying to contact the phone number listed it is not a working number, e-mailed their "support customer service" e-mail with no response and now the website is down.. Told Affirm I will not pay for what I did not receive.

Currently I am still on the hook for paying the loan back to Affirm
