This company offers products that do not work as intended. I ordered gloves that are supposed to heat up with a charger. The charger sent does not fit the gloves connector, therefore, they do no charge, nor work. The company website states that if refunds are required, just reach out to them and they take care of the rest. I reached out to them stating that the gloves did not charge since the stem of the charger does not engage into the gloves charger. The company then said they needed a reason. I restated the reason of the gloves not being able to charge due to the post not sliding all the way into the gloves charging unit, therefore, not being able to charge. Then the company asked me to send a video of this. My dad does not own a video camera, nor a phone that takes video. This company is does not stand by its products, not is willing to give refunds as stated on their website.

Buyer.....BEWARE. DO NOT BUY from this company.
