I recently placed an order for a product on the website which clearly stated its policies on both returns and exchanges. I was not pleased with the product and therefore followed the instructions on how to place a return. I received a very "odd" unprofessional response stating that I shouldn't return the product due to cost of overseas shipping, give the order to a friend, and they would discount my next order. I responded stating this is NOT what the website states and I wanted to return the product for a refund. I shared I would be seeking legal consult and outreaching to ScamPulse.com to share my experience so others do not end up in the same situation as myself. Since my last message I have yet to receive a response. The products are poorly made and clearly doesn't stand behind anything it states regarding returns or exchanges.
