I ordered the product, and they say shipping might be delayed because of Covid-19, but the shipping number they send is a dead end, with no expected date of arrival, giving no information. They insist that the product has been shipped and therefore they can not give a refund. They offer 3 different tracking websites, and none leads to results. i have waited over a month and received no product and no further useful information. They did run my payment of $50, however. They are refusing a refund.
