I participated in an online drawing and was informed I had won a portable Dyson vacuum cleaner for the low price of $39.99 Credit card was charged. After no delivery of the vacuum cleaner, I called the number listed in my credit card report of transactions (877-794-9033) and, after a very long wait, was told that I had not won this month but that the $39.99 bought me an entry into a higher stakes drawing which would be done in June. I complained vociferously, demanded a refund, told the agent ("Bel") that I would report them, waited until she consulted with a supervisor and was told that they would process a full refund in 5-8 business days. AARGH!
