I ordered a mirror online from Burke Decor in January 2024. They sent me an email saying the shipping was delayed but that it would ship in April. (Past the 60 day period when you can file a complaint with your credit card company and they can hold the scamming company accountable). April passed and the mirror never arrived. I attempted to call and email them countless times with no response. It is Nov 2024 and they stole my money and I have no hope of getting the money or my mirror and have no way to hold them accountable.
