Ordered a sweatshirt in August of 2019. Credit card charged. Website just said order received but never shipped. Email after email, even asked for my money back, still no sweatshirt! No phone number listed and now website is gone!!! I now see multiple complaints!!

I purchased six sweatshirts on their website for $114. They never sent the product and keep stating that it was delivered 10 days after it was ordered in October last year. I have emailed them every day and they keep sending me a standard email back that it was delivered when I know it never was. They will not refund me the money that I paid for a product I never received

I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas present. My debit card was charged for the shirt. I have yet to receive the product. The company will not answer my emails. I have seen numerous similar situations posted on line about Burnt Toast. I wish I would have checked before I ordered.
