I ordered a pair of brown, loafer-type shoes, size 9 1/2 W. The shoes I got were too small, plus, there was no size indicated anywhere - just a number on the tongue of each shoe (5703.42). I contacted burnzay (burnzay.com) - requesting the correct size or a refund. They made offers (first, to return the shoes to China, then, to California (both expensive), then, to just keep the shoes and they'd refund a small part of my money. None of these offers were acceptable - in fact would do nothing but cost me more money. I exchanged over a dozen emails - with Lulu - who made various other offers - none acceptable. I finally tired of the exercise. Lulu, I think, is located in England, She was always polite but never forthcoming. I see now that over 50 people have complained about their experience with this company - but, to my knowledge - no one has received satisfaction, nor has barnzay been put out of business - which I find sad. ScamPulse.com services for reporting these ***** is complicated and, apparently, a waste of time. Still, I'll try.
