I was online looking for a cat and came across this website, I filled out the contact form and within a couple hours they reached out to me. We agreed and we signed a contract then I sent them the money and after that I stopped hearing from them and I never got the cat.

My wife and I were looking for a Scottish Fold Kitten online and found this site with kittens available through gokitty.com. We found a kitten, named Danny by the seller we liked and decided to buy him at a price of $750, shipping included. The seller said they were in El Paso Texas and would have the kitten shipped to us in Pennsylvania. We purchased the kitten on 8/13/20 and were notified via email and text on 8/14/20 that he had been put on a plane, and received a tracking number so we could follow his progress to us. Less than 2 hours after he had supposedly shipped, we received an email notice saying he was being held in Houston, due to weather conditions he needed an air conditioned crate to fly at an additional cost of $1600-$3600 rental fee, 99% of which was supposedly refundable. At that point we decided this was a scam and wouldn’t pay these people anything further. We contacted the seller again and he refused to do anything about it, saying that he had put the kitten on the plane to ship and he had no control over the weather. Said he couldn’t afford to pay any additional shipping charges or charges to take care of the kitten while he was being held in Houston. On 8/19/20 I emailed him from a different email account as if I was someone else interested in a kitten and he told me the same kitten, Danny that we had purchased and was supposedly in animal control in Houston was available for sale.
