Ordered a pet fence off of Facebook. There was tracking info provided. I inquired once where my package was because the tracking stopped working. They said it was on the way. Received a small package in the mail that I didn't order.bit contained a small cheap ratchet set. When I inquired a few days later I was told that it was delivered.

After a back and forth they tried to offer me a partial refund.
