Placed 2 different orders on 3/23 and 3/27 and haven't gotten either, they were emailing me saying to give 30 days then call my usps provider and still not. Requested refund and they wanted to give me all but shipping, I requested all and provided all rhey wanted and now they are ghosting me.

I saw an ad on both Facebook and Instagram for an outdoor dog fence for $45-50. After buying the fence we received a tracking number and the fence was being shipped from China. Then something in customs when wrong and then said it was delivered somewhere in our town but we never received it. After contacting support they sent another fence. It said it was in transit and at a different city in our state about an hour and a half from us but tracking also said it was delivered. Once again we never got the fence. Then the support completely ghosted us.

I ordered dog kennel panels from a Facebook ad. I never received the panels. I did receive a puzzling package containing a pair of men's gloves without any invoice or identifiable shipping information. When I contacted the company, they claim to have shipped my order and provided a tracking number. Perhaps they have terrible training in their shipping department but more likely this is apparently how the company claims to have shipped the order.

They have ads on Facebook. Seemed legit until purchase and then the email to contact them is weird and then they weren’t offering me a full refund and want to keep 12.99 when I didn’t even pay for shipping.

Facebook advertisement as Bushutopia.com - dog playpen fencing as overstocked, made in the USA. all comments were positive. payment made via Credit card and then after 1 week i started researching the net to find it was a scam. all negative comments outside of facebook. facebook has alot of these scams as I have found out from ordering and have been scammed.

placed an order for a pet fence -- never received any order confirmation or shipping or contact -- there was a printable receipt and the order # was230510022952257 -- placed the order on my debit card (which card has since been cancelled) -- they have the debit card # and my name and address and e-mail address

It comes on Facebook with reviews of people getting their products but after you order you are blocked from being able to comment etc so there aren’t negative posts. You get a tracking code and then are notified to pick up at your location without anything
