The scammer sent a letter to my place of business asking for $115 to file an annual report to the state of Colorado. There is no phone number and at first glance it makes it seem like you have to send them money to keep your business registered with the state. If you look at the fine print it says that "The documents offered by this advertisement are available to consumers for a lesser price from the state website" which is entirely FALSE. The state website is only a $25 dollar fee vs $115.
