I utilized an attorney and have a head on my shoulders. But I almost fell for this. There is a tiny disclaimer in the bottom noting this is not a bill. Very very shady and should be looked into. I’m sure many have galle. For this. I attempted to call and file a complaint but they don’t accept calls.
