Trying to set up HP Printer. Went to website given in instructions. A op up box came up and I was connected to a technician. I was told I had a virus on my computer and had to install a firewall which would take care of it. I was connected to a third party to do this and paid $549.00 for. 5 year firewall. They then hooked up my printer. I was totally scammed. I don’t understand how they can get on the website that I was instructed to go to by HP. This company needs to be stopped. I contacted HP but got no resolution so I am out $549.00
