The voice was a female and she introduced her company as having capital available for my business. She asked if I could hear her okay, I said yes. Then she giggled. I hung up after that. Both phone numbers I mentioned was the same female. I called the 559 number back and the message was it was a survey and it was over, but I could dial 9 to be removed from the list. I pushed 9 and hung up. Now I'm afraid they will use a recording of my voice saying Yes to sell me a service I didn't order.
