Thomas Montgomery along with his wife , son and other colleagues are conducting a nationwide scheme pretending to be and impersonating The Chapman Fund Organization to pretend to help small businesses to obtain funding to steal thousands from individuals looking to receive grants. He stole $5,200 from me after he pretended to help me get financing by getting a loan and now I’m stuck paying a loan back after I noticed red flags such as predatory practices of trying to get more money out of me and wasn’t being helpful and when I decided not to participate and wanted a refund that’s when he showed me his ugly side and didn’t want to refund me back my money nor get a grant for my business when I came to the conclusion this guy was a fraud. He changes names and addresses and websites frequently.
