Contacted on Messenger as a friend from facebook asking if I heard of the DHHS program. When I replied no, I was informed it's the Department of Health and Human Services. It's a special program for helping the old, retired with cash for paying, buying of homes and starting a new business. I was told they received the money and would send me the agent link that would help me, I asked for a phone call and more information but no offer to give me a call, so that's when I got really concerned. When I googled the link the facebook page did not look authinic.
