I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter from here. Their website popped up on a google shopping search. It's name is similar to a legitimate company called BuyBuyBaby so I mistakenly thought it was the same company. I first started being suspicious of it after I paid for my item using Paypal and a Vietnamese name came up. They sent me an order confirmation so I thought that maybe it was legitimate so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They charged my card the next day, but I received no confirmation of shipping email. I received no response when I tried contacting them via the email they sent my order confirmation from. When I tried calling the number listed on their website my phone said that it was a number in New Mexico and that it could not complete my call. I have not received this item and I think the whole website is bogus. Please get it shut down before anyone else loses money here. I don't know if I can get a refund from PayPal because I checked out as a guest.
