I bought a Maltese puppy online to website that look trustworthy and was offering a 70% off for that day only, with a 30 days refund on purchase price if you change your mind for any reason providing a free return ticket for the puppy. I sent money via Zellie as they told me and when I did not received notification from the pet shipping service that they use, EcoPetCarrier.com for information, I did email them several times. Suddenly the EcoPetCarrier.com ask me to pay a refundable travel insurance premium that was mandatory as per the latest regulation that went into effect that week, according to them. When I couldn't pay for that insurance I requested a refund for the Puppy but never got an answer and now the website is offline and they are not answering my phones calls.

Buy Best Puppies is a scam website, a fake site with the cutest pictures of puppies but they are fraudulent. Michael Cousins runs it.

I was looking for a breeder of French Bulldogs and found this site " buybestpuppies.com" they discounting their puppies 70 % so a 3400 usd. Puppy was now 499.00 shipping included. I received a email back from Mike, from website best boutique puppies.com informing me that the puppy Jason I selected was still available for purchase. I asked how to proceed with purchase of puppy Jason and was told by Mike to send money one of three ways 1. To his Zelle account # [email protected] 2. western union wire money to receiver Thomas Hill 3. Using my credit/debit card at Western Union by way of cash. I followed rule of thumb from BBB, I asked to pick up puppy at his home and meet mother and father of puppy and I would then pay him by credit card at time of pick up. Mike responded from buybestpuppies.com saying they don't have puppies on site they are a platform for accredited breeders to sell their puppies at affordable prices. He informed me that I would have to send money to start the sale process and In 2 days they would ship the puppy, I emailed him that I was not comfortable with that process and if he would send the puppy and I would wire the money to his account before I took possession of puppy. He then advised me to look at website and read the reviews , saying I would then realize they are a reliable people with good track record. But did not give me an option of paying after the seeing puppy at delivery . I email him a thank you and good luck finding a home for puppy Jason.
