Started receiving monthly subscriptions of Keto and charged $199.88 per month. Talked to my credit card company, who promptly refunded me. Then I got an email from this fraudulent company. This is the email that they use -

This was the phone number (844)-312-1132. They have no intention of giving me back any money. They are from India and have strong accent. Do not buy anything from them. Thanks

I purchased the items on line on Dec. 18, 2022 at 3:32pm and was told that I would receive a full refund in the amount of $199.88 if I was not satisfied with the product within 90 days.
I returned all of the merchandise on Dec. 27, 2022. As of this date ( March 6, 2023) I have only received a refund of $100.00.
I made a phone call to the number I had for contacting someone at the company 844-312-1132 only to be told that I could only receive credit of $100.00 instead of the full amount of $199.88. They have received all of the product back since Dec. 27, 2022 but still refuse to refund me the full amount I paid them.

Received an internet article about weight loss. Impact Keto Gummies. Said it appeared on Shark Tank and all five sharks invested. False! Endorsements were all fraudulent. Buy 3 bottles get two free. Once you put all your information in and click continue it completes the purchase and the page disappears. Charged $199.00. I didn't even click to complete purchase. Didn't have the chance. I went away from the page to check into this and the purchase was completed without my approval. Credit card gave me the phone number of the company. I called and they said they would discount my order 50%. I wanted a refund but they said it was to late as they just took phone calls for the actual company. In my research it looks like the company may be based in India. The reference number of my call was 12735252. I called twice and they gave me this same number. I did not authorize purchase and I see online others have done the same thing and been scammed. They said I could return product for a refund when it comes. We will see. This is fraudulent advertising and I now see that celebrities are trying to stop this scam (Shark Tank Members). My credit card company said they can file a dispute after the transaction clears. How can companies like this exist? I felt reporting was the right thing to do. I'm sure these scammers are impossible to catch but at least I tried to do the right thing. Thanks for your help.
