This merchant advertises on Facebook the sponsored ad says buy 3 bottles at 33.00 and get three free. When you go to the sales page it gives very basic information about the product. The sales page makes you enter all your information first to proceed. Once you have entered your credit card info it automatically charges your card for 199.50 it does not allow you to review your order, it does not give you a total amount of your order, it does not show a pre-total or pre-invoice, it does not offer or show a term of conditions, it does not allow you to see anything about your order or the product. It just automatically process’s your card. I immediately called the customer service number to cancel the order because the amount charged was double then what the ad said, and it turns out the product has fish in it which I am deathly allergic to. The representative said they couldn’t stop the order because it had already been processed, mind you this was on a Sunday and less than 3 minutes after the order was placed. I said I wanted the order canceled and I wanted to speak with a supervisor if he couldn’t complete my request. He said no supervisors were available, but they would refund me 30% of the order. I told him no that I was charged double the price stated and that I am allergic to some of the ingredients, and I felt this company was a fraud based on the entire process and conversation with him. He said there was nothing he could do and hung up.

Immediately after the phone call I emailed their customer service and told them to cancel my order. I received an email back the following day stating that they could not cancel my order but would give me a 50% refund. I responded with no that I wanted a full refund and I could understand why so many others had given negative reviews on google.

They do not provide any return information nor terms as they will tell your credit card company if you attempt to dispute the charges.

I looked online and there are 100’s if not 1000’s of people with the same complaint as myself. The price they advertise is not what is charged, immediate charge of their card, no information on their website/sales page, no terms or conditions, no cart totals, etc. I am attaching some of the reviews, highlighted in red of others with similar experiences with this company.

Although they provide a web address once the order goes through it is non-existent or not a valid website.

The delivery of this item was not accepted and was returned by the USPS to the sender which I have proof of them accepting the return delivery. When I told Visa this they said it didn't matter because the company had provided me with their return policy. NO, THEY DIDNT but Visa didn't care because the company sent them a copy of "a" return policy even though that is not provided to their customers, nor available at the time of purchase, nor on their website, etc. When I called the company Buyketoburn they refused to refund the money even though they had the product and they even admitted to having the returned product.

From what I can tell and based on my experience this company practices fraudulent and deceptive business practices.
