june 2, 2023 ordered cabs from their site...immediately emailed them abut shipping...no response, phone # on the bottom of email no good...went to website got another phone #...original email came back invalid...got new email from site...still no response...emailed again on 6-5...got an email on 6-8 to send them order # and request cancellation...did this and no response...i have sent a total of 4 emails requesting cancellation and refund to my visa...never received my order either. went to their IG pages and other people commenting the same problem...charged for crabs never received them and no refunds.
