The product was for helping to remove skin tags, but it did nothing.

1.) the website falsely advertised price, quantity, and that it was an autoship.

2.) I called customer service once, but mostly spoke through email when the number started to not work.

3.) I paid shipping to send the product back that auto shipped, to find out they charge a restocking fee!

4.) Once I shipped it, they told me it would take 3-7 days for a refund, I fought with them for over a month to get some of my money back.

5.) Their website no longer exists.

6.) they had me ship to a PO box

Purchased product from add off Instagram for 129.88. Was sent two bottles of Cryogen skin tag remover plus some skin cream I did not order and was charged $59.99. They offered to reduce the price of skin cream by $30 so I accepted that. They never mentioned I supposedly agreed to a monthly subscription program. When I was charged the next month the $129.88 I called and was told I had agreed to monthly subscription which was listed in their terms and conditions portion of their website. I didn't order off their website so never saw terms and conditions. Also - I believe it's illegal to hide or bury these types of details in terms and conditions. I then called my bank and filed a dispute. They credited my account. I paid $6 to send the product back which they received per tracking. They keep emailing me requesting I call the bank to remove the dispute and they will give me a credit. I am not doing that. This company should be investigated as they are duping people into making this purchase knowing the terms and conditions do not come up nor does the consumer have an opportunity to "opt in" to a subscriber program. Instead, the consumer is forced to click on terms and conditions (if they see them) and "opt out." I believe this is illegal.
