I ordered 6 bottles if this product with hopes it would help relieve my tinnitus. I was cautious in making sure there was no automatic reorder box. I unchecked it. The product arrived and I opened the first bottle and did not get any relief. On 1/16/2024, i received an email stating another $260 was being withdrawn. I immediately called and was told I had clicked the box and can receive 50% as a refund. I insisted the cancelation of my so-called subscription. They claim this is done; I'll know in February. I also emailed to request full refund and insusted on a return label. They will only return 50%. Todaý, i called and was told I checked the box and they will not take any returns and will refund me 50%.

The 2nd package arrived with a return address of Returns Center, Returns 66-195, PO Box 90129, Lakeland, FL 33804.
