I ordered a sweatshirt on December 1st for $50 that was promptly taken out of my account. On December 19th I sent an email asking if my order was shipped. On December 24th I received an email stating that I would be refunded as well as still receiving the sweatshirt due to my order being lost in transit. I proceeded to send an email on December 31st stating that I have not received a refund nor the product I ordered. I sent another email on January 6th. I have not received a reply since Christmas Eve.
