I purchased 1bottle ignite Keto & get 1free… well immediately I was charged 4 two … after calling just min after the purchase 2 no avail ..3 days later I got thru & they apologized & said they’d return the $69.99 within 4-5 days…2 weeks & I called back & actually got someone & I cancelled my acct..& they finally sent bk $54.45which wasn’t the difference… so I just said f..it
The next month & another $129.99 was taken out after I closed ( cancelled my account) wtf? So my bank & myself hav been calling 855-201-4122 & texting but [email protected] & [email protected] to no avail….no answers … no return (60days)info no return text or call …. My bank & I keep trying but guessing iv bn scammed $129.99
I hav a new card but am just livid ..would just love to meet these charlatans 😤🤬

Product is not real! The label is not FDA compliant, the bottles come from Florida "returns" department! No real way to cancel.

when you call the "customer service" number you or I had got the same person ("Jeff") several different times. Was told that there was no supervisor/manager that I could speak with and they would not refund me in full. Heavy accent when taking to this guy.
