I clicked on a link on social media and ordered the product. It was using the Oprah testimonials but not the same product and must have been targeting search words that replicated her ads. Suddenly I started getting repeat shipments (more than 6 with 5 bottles in each package. I have not ordered or paid for these bottles but they keep coming.

I read several articles on this product with celebrities like Trisha Yearwood and Reba McIntire and several others promoting how this will help with struggling weight loss which I have. I looked up this website and they advertised I could buy the initial trial 5 bottles for $59 in March of 2023 and then the next order would be $199.99. I accepted this cost as I thought maybe I misread the advertisement. I tried the first order, without renewing for a second, and the first DIDN'T work! When I automatically got the second order in late March or the fist week of April 2023, there was NO phone number nor any instructions on how to return the item except with an address on the outside of the package: For Returns: Lakeland, FL 33804 address. I returned these 5 bottles about a week later with a tracking number which they received April 13th with a note inside requesting a canceling of this order and that this was the only instructions I had for returns. In May 2023, I received a 3rd order to which they charged me again, $199.99, as this is the 3rd charge on my credit card for this amount. I then found the phone number for this product on the outside of the bottle to which I have called them 3 times. The first call the gal told me I didn't have the return approval number or the cancellation number so they wouldn't refund my April order. I received a cancellation number and a return number for my May order to which she said I'd receive the full amount of the May order. I argued about the April order that I had proof of the return through the USPS and that they had received my order. She told me I hadn't followed the proper return policy so I wouldn't get a return for April. I kept arguing that there weren't any instructions on how to properly return the item and I did the best I could with the information given until I found the phone number on the Keto bottle. She also kept putting me on hold. She finally came back and stated she'd give me the full refund for May once they received the May order and half of the April order. The May order was sent back on May 8th and received in Lakeland, FL 33804 on May 11. Yesterday, June 15th, 2023, I received my credit card bill with NO crediting of my account to what I understood would be $300 of the $400 of what had be sent to me. I didn't even argue about what they originally charged me for the first order as their advertising was misleading when I was charged $199.99 verses the $59.99 they were advertising. When I called yesterday, 6/15, the gal asked for my return number, my cancellation number, and the tracking number of the product I returned as she seemed to state they had no record of the return to which I read to her my May USPS tracking number. On the May order she stated she would only give me $149 of the $199.99 because they charge $10 per bottle for restocking fees. I told her about my first phone call regarding April and she asked for my USPS tracking number as I told her the first phone call the gal told me I'd receive only half as "I hadn't followed proper return policy." This gal yesterday stated the same thing to which I also informed there were NO return directions except a "for returns" address on the outside of the package. She told me once I find the April tracking number to call back. Today, 6/16/23, I found the April tracking USPS number and I called them. I gave her the number and she stated that I had not followed their return policy and that it was after the 30 day return and I wouldn't receive even the half I was promised in the first phone call! As she repeated this a few times, I got upset and I told her this is bull[censored], and apologized for my cussing, but that I was angry as they are ripping people off! I was then hung up on. So...out of the $600 to which I only ordered 1 order which was to be $59, and returned the other two orders in the amount of $400.00, I am only receiving a credit for $149 for the whole thing. I also challenged the gal on the phone that they are not refunding my product I sent back yet they will put this back on the shelf and resell it a second time!! Who knows, maybe I bought someone else's return. To charge people $10 per bottle to restock the item is ridiculous!! So I am filing this complaint and I hope and pray the celebrities will stop advertising with this Keto company as I love Reba and Trisha, and I don't want it to hurt their reputations. This product doesn't work! We'll see when my July credit card bill comes. Please help myself and several others who have been ripped off by this company.

I made one purchase, this became a recurring shipment. I thought I had made a one time purchase, until a second shipment i never ordered showed up. There is no contact information to call and cancel. I've never received receipts or confirmation. The website on the product [email protected] is not a real website, and there is no way to cancel. This product is Ketology KETO Gummies, distributed by Ketology Brands, Minneapolis, MN 55402, but shipping comes from Florida. The return address on the package is: Shipping Dept. Attn Returns #181. I lost $398

No where on the website to remove the additional products for an additional charge of $60. They offered a refund of $20. Then they charged an additional $120 and claimed I signed up for an autoshipment of their products, which I could get a refund for if I returned but I never got any product

I ordered their gummies for a cost of $159. I ordered 3 bottles, one of which I thought was free. I received these in addition to two bottles of some cleanse product which was added to my shipping order as an "up charge". I didn't notice anything unusual until I saw my credit card which had an additional $59 on it. I am waiting to hear back from them after sending two emails. However reading some of these reviews I highly doubt I will hear back. Plus I am worried that I will get charged again next month as someone else said happened to them. How do I stop this?

I had been looking for a way to kickstart my diet. I saw these keto gummies that are advertised all over the place. I tried doing research and everything looked positive, but couldn’t figure out where to order. I did a google search and came across the gummies that I wanted. I processed the purchase which somehow ordered an extra item. I had two pending charges on my account. I did receive the gummies and used as the label states. They haven’t shown any results after using a month. I looked at my bank account and saw that I was charged again the following month. Nowhere did my purchase say it was a subscription. I couldn’t find the original website and went back to the email. There was no link or contact information of the company in the email. I also found nowhere on how to cancel. I did reply to the email and awaiting for response. Email is [email protected]. In the meantime, I failed a dispute with my bank as I was charged a subscription that I did not order.

Clicked a link on my Facebook page offering Keto vitamins. I clicked on the link for further information, and was taken to an order page where i was asked for my contact info and debit card number. I was then shown (not asked if I was interested!) another product with only one choice to go to the next page, when I clicked to go onto the next page it processed an order for those items and the item I was initially interested in! I checked my bank account, and there were two pending charges from this company totalling nearly $260! I checked my email and they sent me an order confirmation email with no contact information for the company! So I went back to their page and called their order phone number. I told the person I spoke to immediately cancel the order that was unintentionally placed and he said no. He advised me that he couldn’t cancel ANY orders placed!! So now I have 2 charges pending on my debit card from this company!! one for $59 and the other for $199!! I can’t file a dispute with my bank on any pending charge until it clears! PLEASE do something on this company to protect consumers, PLEASE!!
