Mail came from "Records Division" PO Box 100090 Kennesaw GA 30156 under USPS permit number 458. Document appears "like" W2 or 1098 - 1099 But says it is a "T-2" form.... and has a return envelope on permit 457 out of Kennesaw GA First Class mail. return address: Direct mail network, LLC and same PO Box as shipper. The website says TN as address. The scam says the government owes me money and wants me to fill out a form that asks for my personal vital information. Mail was sent to an address that has paid "opt-out" for LIFE. PLEASE LETS STOP PRIVATIZING OUR GOV FUNCTIONS!! This is why people loose faith in gov. Because privatization means we are more exposed to scammers. While i recognize this as a scam, many others do not.
