The company took the order on January 5 2024 - claimed it may take up to 30 days to deliver (date of this scam report is 2/17/2024)
The company was paid by the credit card on January 7 2024
The phone number on the credit card bill (447-766-2014) is invalid and reports "The number you have dialed is not a working number"
13 January Noobru sent an email stating it is working on the order.
I sent Noobru an email 1/28/2024 requesting a status on the product order.
“Eleanor” from Noobru responded 1/29/2024 stating “I have personally reviewed your order #396419…” quoting the WRONG order Number and promising to have the order “shipped within the next 3-5 working days” the email quoted the wrong order number, my order number was 2437825.
6 days later no product was received. I sent another email on 2/4/2024 requesting an updated status. No response from Noobru.
I sent another email today 2/17/2024 using the Noobru support site.
To date no additional correspondence has been received or product delivered.
