They are shysters! Upon ordering I realized when the order went thru that the charged amount was different. I asked to cancel and they said they couldn't because it went directly to the Fulfillment Ctr. That was exactly two minutes after I placed the order. Upon writing to them I was advised I could return the items and was given a RMA#. When I called to check on the return I was told by Amy, Customer Svce that my FULL amount would be credited. It was not. They kept $50. and I paid for the return shipping of $19.09. Somebody should do something about them. Anne Osman

Quantumbrand made it sound like getting one free bottle and charged my account $199 plus an additional charge of $59.99 which I did not order.
