I saw an ad on my phone about Shark Tank product that removed skin tags. I believe it was "Defy Skin Tag Remover Mole & Skin Tag Corrector serum. I ordered one bottle at $40, but my AMEX card was refused. I used my bank debit card next and it was accepted. There was no receipt email received, so I thought the order didn't go through. On May 11, 2023 I received a package of 5 bottles labeled "Radiant Cutis." Thinking it was a mistake, but I had no way to contact the company I put them in a drawer. A month later I received another 5 and checked my AMEX for any unusual charges and found nothing wrong. The next month when I received a hard copy of my bank receipt I saw a $199.99 charge for "Daily Product E". I pulled the product bottles out and used a magnifier and saw 1-866-746-3372 and careradiant cutis.com. I called and "Rueben" said I hadn't unchecked the "recurrent shipment" block. We argued and he canceled FUTURE orders but said he could not refund the $600. I sent all 15 bottles to what the bank said was their address: 10319 San Ramon Dr. San Diego Ca. tracking showed no one received it and they couldn't resend without a name.
