Went to offerup.com. Found Iphone XS Max for sale by Joe that name he used on the site (actual name Josh Garcia). Contacted him through the site. He said prefer using text messaging so that is what I did. He wanted to use cashapp I don't have that app so went with Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart. I sent him $300. He was suppose to send the phone. I never received the phone. I contacted him through text messaging asked where the phone is. Said sent. Then few minutes later is said or I am sorry. Guess I didn't. Then he wanted more money. I refuse and asked for a refund. He claims has sent the phone. But never received the a phone. And he wont send proof that sent the phone either.
