So I placed an order for a pool on June 3rd & was told that it would take 12 -28 days to get to MD. I've been trying to get updates on my order b/c on the shop app it shows that it was shipped however, when I emailed them asking for an update I got "you have to wait for the carrier to update the tracking information ". Okay, fine whatever, but when 2 wks went by & there's still no information I emailed again & got the same response. Again another email 2 weeks later & this time was told that "On 12th, June, your parcel was shipped out of China, and on the way to your country. Please wait for the carrier to update the info, once it receives and processes your item". I emailed back asking for the carrier & the response was one word "FedEx", so I go online to try to track it with the (what I now know) bogus tracking #, I called FedEx & they told me that that was not a tracking # & that I should call them to get the real one. Problem is, you can't call them b/c there is no phone number, only an email address, the same one I've been using. I demanded the FedEx tracking # which they finally gave to me, I called FedEx & the lady I spoke with said "I'm so sorry Mrs. Tabatha but your order has not even been shipped out yet"! Say what now?! At this point I am furious & so I emailed the person that I've been "dealing" with & inform her about the information that I have just obtained, the email response was this, "Sorry for the delay in shipping, your parcel is on the road to the US". I emailed them back telling them that if they don't get my order shipped to me that I am going to call my bank & have them retrieve my payment that they took immediately. I also told them that I felt that they should give me a partial refund b/c by the time the pool gets here (if it actually gets here) from China that the summer will almost be over & having a pool would be pointless b/c I wanted it for my children to be able to enjoy now b/c all the public pools are closed due to covid-19. I have yet to get a response. The company has to be a scam, no legitimate business would operate like this!!!

Bought dog pool but they did not have working phone when I called to cancel as it said it could take 28 days to come. Do not respond to emails.
