pal. Product was totally unacceptable, doing nothing it claimed, and I attempted to get a refund and RA. After being told different ways to use (more of) the product, I was told it would need to be returned intact (credit only for unused product "after inspection and approval"), with an $8.95 restocking fee and paying my own return freight. Checking back, I saw a link at the bottom of the shipping confirmation to the return policy. Of course, once the product is already being shipped, it is too late to do anything. I looked up scams and saw all the complaints. I am contacting PayPal, hoping to get my payment cancelled. I received a request from Splash foam to rate their customer service and I told them the product was a minus 5, it was a scam and I was reporting to ScamPulse.com
