I found this company via a influencer ad through tik tok . the site looks legit and several influencers are promoting the items they received. I placed my order for a cotton ribbed long sleeve jumpsuit on Dec 9th 2022. As of March 10th, 2023 I have not received a tracking number or my purchase.

This company is not genuine, they’re a scamming people. I bought a few things from this website costing a total of £85 on 13/11/22 and I received a confirmation email and they took the money out of my bank account straight away. I had heard nothing for weeks regarding my order and my tracking still said “order placed” so I emailed them and they assured me my order would be shipped out within 2/3 days. Again, I received nothing so I email them to be told they’re is a stock shortage in the warehouse and I should receive an email when it has been shipped. Even more time had gone by and at this point we’re in January 2023 and I’ve have received absolutely no updates on my order so I email them again requesting a refund, which I send all the relevant details asked for the refund to hear NOTHING from this “company”. I email them for what was probably the 10th time I’ve contacted them to be then told the issue with my order has to go to “higher management”. We are now in February 2023 and I haven’t heard anything since and I emailed again asking why nobody has got back to me regarding my refund and I have not received anything back from them which I emailed days ago. Do not buy from this disgraceful company!

Bought this body suit for my daughter on 1/5. Emailed on 1/23, they said they would ship it out that week. Never got anything. Emailed them again, email bounced back to me. Looked on tik tok to see if other ppl have issues and they do. Multiple ppl are being scamed

It was an ad online, I placed the order and received a confirmation. A month has passed and I assumed they were just backed up but when I reached out to customer service I got no response. I’ve reached out 3 times, one time was asking for a refund. No answer. With further investigation a lot of people have not received their package from this site.

On December 14, 2022 I placed an order with “SHOP SUUT” and paid for 3 outfits all at 15$ plus shipping for a total of 48.96$ purchase since I have emailed several times asking for updates on my shipping and then for a refund and nothing has changed about my order yet as of January 3, 2023. It has yet to be shipped and nobody has responded to any of my emails about when it will or to give me a refund and I have no other means of getting in contact with them.
