Type of a scam Online Purchase
The concert was postponed from 2020 and again from 2021 due to Covid. The concert was finally rescheduled to 6/21/2022. When I attempted to access my tickets on 6/21/2022 I was instructed by BuyTickets.com/MyTicketTracker.com that I had to complete the transaction on their website and then my tickets would be transferred to my AXS account. My AXS account is where the tickets need to end up so that they can be scanned from my mobile device at Red Rocks Ampitheatre. I followed all instructions sent to me by BuyTickets.com/MyTicketTracker.com as well as AXS to allow for my tickets to be transferred to my AXS account. After repeated attempts to access my tickets they never showed up on my AXS account. My wife and I drove to the Red Rocks Ampitheatre where I tried to get their assistance to access my tickets on the AXS system. Red Rocks told me I was scammed by the BuyTickets.com/MyTicketTracker.com and that the tickets didn't appear on my AXS account.
I immediately contacted BuyTickets.com/MyTicketTracker.com to report the incident and demand a refund. I also later reviewed my AXS account to see if the tickets transferred and verified that the tickets never transferred to my AXS account. I sent repeated emails to BuyTickets.com/MyTicketTracker.com requesting a full refund. They claimed they transferred the tickets to my AXS account and they had fulfilled their responsibility. I don't believe them at all and the email correspondence that I shared with you show that I concur with the Red Rocks box office that I was scammed by BuyTickets.com/MyTicketTracker.com.
