On March 17th the order was placed.
I responded to a free skincare product online called Reviv ultime 30 ml cream.
and only had to pay $4.95 shipping,
the bank processed a transaction on 03/18 Card Purchase Buyveromaxprosk *** CA 91335 2575 4.95
The product arrived.

In April I receive a charge to my bank statement for $98, I did not notice until I received my May Bank statement and saw they charged 2 months in a row, both April and May.
I called and asked why I was charged, they said I had to cancel the autofill order.
I had no Idea that I ordered refills of this trial sample. and want to cancel it immediately and wanted credit to my account immediately too. They said it takes a while so placed a dispute to my bank.
The second charge was placed on my card on May 2nd.

Then they said another bottle was on its way and when I received it, to ship it back via USP.
Then they reversed the 1st charge the following day on 5/3 (credit from the April charge)

The next bottle was shipped by them on May 1 and received by me May 8th, I was to return it for full credit back to my account, They gave me an RMA# 8715F494296AQ to bring to the Post Office ONLY
This was shipped back to them by me on May 20th and signed for on May 22nd by them as received.
Today, June 10th I was looking to see if credit was applied to my account for the shipment returned and it was not.
I called they said I lost my dispute from my 1st complaint May 2nd
I said how could I lose a dispute when you applied for credit the day after I lodged a complaint about the first charge in April?
I said how could you credit me for the 2nd charge on May 3rd if you did not receive the second bottle back until May 22nd? This second charge was still not reversed and they refused to do so.
I was asked to speak with the supervisor and they said there was none, I threatened to go to your website and to report this scam, then all of a sudden the floor manager go on the line and took my statement and will send a complaint to billing and get back to me in 24-48 hours.
I Therefore am reaching out to you as they do not want to return the last $98 charge made to my account. Please help.
