Type of a scam Online Purchase
Just like the other victims, I ordered 2 of their bug zappers, had my credit card charged and after 2 1/2 weeks of non-delivery got suspicious. Tried calling their customer service number which didn't exist. Couldn't find a number for them. My suspicions aroused, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Initially got credits while the dispute was investigated, but next day my credit card co. charged the amount back, telling me that the company sent them evidence that the products had already been shipped and delivered. Filled out their online email inquires twice. Didn't get any response. Then finally I got an email reporting that I had already received my credit with the card company. Thoroughly dishonest and disceptive. Even now I have to send documentation and proof that I never received the merchandise. The proof is in the tracking no. that the merchant sent them. The tracking no. shows that the only thing they had done is create a shipping label. The products were never sent to the post office for shipping.
BEWARE! DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! IT IS FRAUDULENT and YOU WON'T GET THE MERCHANDISE, ONLY CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD!
