I ordered a pair of shoes on 11/14/23 that my son found and wanted for Christmas. Never came and tracker with USPS still to this date of 2/2/24 says USPS still wtg to receive from Jamaica, NY. Hasn't changed in months. When i reached out after Christmas they did reply and asked i wait a 'little while longer'. When nothing still arrived or changed, they agreed to refund within 3-7 days. I waited almost 2 weeks and no refund and of course no more communication from them. I have filed a dispute with Apple Pay which is where my transaction went from to their Paypal. They are investigating and i sent them all of the emails and proofs.
